The prestigious Engel & Völkers brand expanded into Canada in 2015, with the first shop opening at 735 Humboldt. The boutique real estate shop, set along some of Victoria’s most historic buildings and just steps from the world famous Inner Harbour, quickly established a reputation for delivering a premium level of real estate services. Engel & Völkersis globally regarded as one of the world’s leading service companies specialising in the brokerage of premium residential property, commercial real estate, yachts and aircraft. The success of the first shop allowed for further expansion, with the 2249 Oak Bay shop opening in 2018, to be followed by the 137 – 1325 Bear Mountain location in 2020. Engel & Völkers progress in Canada has rapidly spread across the nation, with 42 shops now operating and more on the way. Spring 2021 will see the opening of a new Flagship shop in Calgary.
